Description
I created this painting using a photograph I took at an Oregon State Fair a few years ago. It was accepted into the Oregon Art Annual juried exhibit at the 2010 Oregon State Fair. I used a special technique allowing oil and acrylic to work together to provide an appearance similar to watercolor.
